4 out of 5 stars use with internet broadband phone service   July 6, 2008
X. Chen (NYC)
everything on this phone is great. size is perfect, battery life is very long. speaker phones are loud and clear. only problem is that i use broadband phone service and only 2 of the phones can conversate together simutaneously at one time.

5 out of 5 stars phones work great   July 5, 2008
Frank J. Mcgrath
The battery life seems fine. I have used the phones for several conference calls so I was on the phone for a number of hours and the battery indicator was still indicating full power. The speaker works well. I run a wireless network and have not had any interference issues.

I have not yet looked at the manual - the phones are intuitive to use, even the answering machine. I have only used basic functionality though.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent phone system   July 5, 2008
E. Prickett (Tulsa, OK)
I bought and returned 2 different phone systems locally after my last set died. I was really frustrated until I received these from Amazon. They have perfect sound and great range, and having 3 was way more useful than I ever imagined. I was shocked the first time we had a message and I was able to play it from one of the handsets on the other side of the house from the base - I didn't even know it was a feature until I saw the notification on the handset in my office. Overall great product.

3 out of 5 stars Definitely a challenge!   July 3, 2008
Carole D. Reich (FL USA)
First the pros: they look good, are lightweight, take up little space, voice quality excellent, programming not too difficult.
Cons: Caller id very erratic...sometimes just says "out of area"...why?
Difficult erasing "missed calls". Time lapse before seeing caller id.
I already recommended this phone to my son and he's experiencing the same problems. Don't think I'd recommend this product to anyone else.
Signed: Ready to scream.

3 out of 5 stars Easy to use, but a few small glitches.   July 1, 2008

I am mostly satisfied with the product, but the reviews were a bit misleading. I found a few things not mentioned by others that are...lets say, annoying. When you don't answer the phone, it reads "4 missed call" or however many you don't get. It stays there for days until you use the caller ID and scan through all of them. Even then mine still is reading "2 missed calls". Also, when I am talking, there is this intermittent dead "sound" on the other end. The person can hear you fine, but you have the feeling that they have hung up. Weird. One last annoyance, the ringer can not be turned off. We have young children napping and I have to take it off the hook. Even our old phone had that feature. I am being nitpicky, I know, but overall I might have researched a bit more before buying.
Pros: it is easy to use, message system works well, ringers loud, visible screen, clean look.
