DO NOT BUY May 13, 2008 Brian (NYC, NY) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Save yourself some money and buy a $30-40 microwave...it will perform and last as long as this Panasonic. I had mine for not quite a year, it was given to me as a wedding gift, and it broke. It would work for 23secs then fail. It seems others have this issue as well. I did not have a receipt and call panasonic. They would do nothing to help me. For the $99, $110 at the time I got it, I expect a product that will last longer then 11 months. And perhaps some customer service that will at least try to help me.
Great while it worked. December 17, 2007 nanoproph (Watertown, Ma) 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
I bought this microwave (new) at a local store not too long ago. The store had a 90-day, receipts-only return policy. The thing died on the 97th day with the following symptoms: Attempting to heat anything would cause the device to run for 23 seconds and then stop. "H98" would be displayed on the LCD accompanied by 2 beeps. Reading the reviews on Target's site indicates that mine is not an isolated incident. I was, eventually, able to get a replacement unit, which I'm hoping will last a bit longer (though I'm far from optimistic). Unless you need an expensive 23-second timer, save your money and AVOID THIS MICROWAVE. Of course, if you DO need one, you can have mine - it's got a good fortnight of life left.
Really good! September 1, 2007 Clayton (USA) 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
Really easy to use and the most powerful microwave i've ever had. This microwave looks really nice and isnt bigger than an average microwave.
