5 out of 5 stars Suprisingly great.   November 24, 2007

My husband installed this several months ago...it wasnt too hard, however, he did not vent it outside which is an option. We use daily and I am constantly finding new things it can do.

3 out of 5 stars Good for the price but not the best   June 9, 2007
James Card (Woonsocket, RI United States)
I had been looking for over-the-range microwaves and black or stainless all seemed to be pretty pricey. I saw this and jumped all over it. The unit works fairly well and is much easier on the eye than others in this price range. However, the first unit went completely dead within 2 weeks. Amazon was great and sent me out a replacement and paid for shipping back. Second unit has been working fine for 2 months now. I don't regret the purchase and should get me thru for the next couple of years until it is kitchen remodel time.

5 out of 5 stars very good microwave oven overall   June 2, 2007
Tanh Q. Van
1- This microwave oven has good exhaust fan, quiet and move a lot of air. It also has turbo fan mode, which is noisier but can move a lot more air. I used outside vent.
2- Using the microwave is simple for warming food. Have not use other functions. Inverter defrost should be good.
3- mounting the oven is a bit more complicate than normal, due to the power cord adds thickness to the top of the oven. It requires to cut a 6 inches slot at the bottom of the cabinet, which is not difficult, but requires the use of a jig saw.
4- The mounting arms made it easier to install, but looks flimsy.
5- This replaces a Frigidair gallery Microwave oven, broken after 2 years in service. The matched Frigidaire range gives me many problems with intermittent burners, broken lighting switch/connection.

4 out of 5 stars Satisfied   June 1, 2007

I'm satisfied with the product. My only problem/complaint is that I'm using it in "re-circulation" mode as I can not duct it outdoors. I had to order another part (carbon filter) inorder to do this at a cost of $37. The Amazon product preview made no mention of this!

Delivered to the wrong address and not forwarded by the USPS Very disappointed in Amazon and the Post Office as a forwarding order was filed with the appropriate authorities.
