This is, by a very wide margin, the absolute worst microwave I have ever used. I moved from Chicago to LA and have been staying with a friend while I looked for an apartment. I just found one, and honestly, the functionality of the microwave became my chief concern.
I write this review as I wait 16 minutes for my frozen Kung Pao Chicken Rice Bowl to cook. That's more than double the maximum amount of time listed on the box. When all's said and done, I am willing to bet that the bowl is still cold at the center.
I am buying my friend a new microwave as a parting gift. Nobody should have to suffer this machines numerous short-comings. Microwaves are supposed to be fast and easy, not slow and frusterating.

We got this unit as a wedding gift and have suffered for a year with it. It takes twice as long to heat anything up then any packages recommend. If it says 2 minutes you are looking at 4 minutes in this microwave, and so on. We never ended up using the toaster oven. Popcorn never turned out fully popped. I am really disappointed in it. It looks sleek in our kitchen but that's about all it's good for. I am currently shopping for a new microwave.

We got this as a present and had high hopes to actually use it as a microwave. It takes over 7 minutes to warm something up and forget about making microwave popcorn it just doesn't pop the kernals. Overall lots of features but it's the worst microwave I've ever owned.
