Product Description
A variety of attachments for your Kitchen Aid stand mixer

Amazon.com Review
This assortment of attachments makes your KitchenAid stand mixer as flexible as a Swiss army knife. You get the food grinder, the slicer and shredder, and the fruit and vegetable strainer. Pull out the first and you're grinding meat, breadcrumbs, and more; the second churns out sliced vegetables for potato chips, coleslaw, and the like, or shredded potatoes for hash browns; and the third has you whipping up apple butter in a snap. Each has its own instruction booklet, with tips and recipes. An excellent gift set for your favorite stand-mixer fan. --Betsy Danheim

4 out of 5 stars Pleased   August 18, 2008

Am pleased with the items. So far I have used the shredder and the juicer. Only complaint is that I have to be careful with how fast I insert the fruit into the juicer due to the seeds getting clogged up. apparently you have to run it on high speed and slowly add the fruit ( blackberries in my case) so that it will extract the seeds.......still all in all a good buy......

You may not use all of these accessories, but if you do, you'll be happy!

1 out of 5 stars black stuff in the grinded meat   July 15, 2008
abehzat (Utah)
I have pruchased this attachment pack about 6 months ago. I have only used food grinder so far and it is a disaster. Altough grinding is good, you can see black stuff mixing with your meat which is disgusting. I called the customer service and they are saying that it is normal because the juice of the meat is mixing with the brass gear and turning black. When I requested a change they said the new part will do the exact same thing. They suggested that I partially froze the meat so the juice does not come out too much.
I think this is an engineering flaw that needs to be fixed, and do not buy it if it is not fixed!

Hubby got this for me, for my B-day. Kitchen aid artisen mixer with all the attachments. He's lovin it to = ) I've taught him how to grind up meat, and we've made our own breakfast sasuage - yummy. Now he's really looking forward to hunting season, and being able to make our own wild game sasuages and stuff.
