...tear the meat and add minutes to any job requiring a non-stick fork. I have filed the barbs so that the tines are smooth. Now the fork works wonderfully.

Calphalon sticks to its usual standards. I am a very intensive cook, and demand a lot of my cooking utensils. These are sturdy, no-nonsense nylon utensils. They have strong, comfortable handles. And best of all, clean up really easily (even the mac'n'cheese that my kids allowed to dry). I'd recommend these highly. I think I may have found the last utensils I'll ever buy!
