I purchased one of these and it's really nice looking and sturdy. However, despite what the description says, it does NOT work with ALL oster blenders. At least not out of the box. I am waiting on a response from Oster customer service to find out if I can use it at all with my In2itive Blender (model 6700).

I unpacked my Blend-N-Go and used it right away. A little milk and a little more ice cream, 45 seconds and I had my milkshake.
I was wondering how it would interface with my beehive Oster blender. The top of the container is the bottom when you are blending. Your gasket and blade screw on, you invert the container, place it on the blender and go. This means you cannot add ingredients while blending, as the top (the bottom when drinking) is not removable.
This evening, I'm going to use both the Blend-N-Go's I bought. I'll make 2 shakes and take one to my friend's home. They come with a straw which is bigger than usual. You can close the straw hole in the screw-on top for transporting.
I definitely recommend this for shakes and smoothies.
