Do NOT buy these pans! April 8, 2008 A. Mills (Chicago) 4 out of 11 found this review helpful
Please do NOT buy these pans! I recently bought these, and the pans SEVERELY pitted after the FIRST use! I called Cuisinart to inform them of the situation, and they told me that I was out of luck, and that they would not take the pans back. What lousy customer service! I will never ever ever ever order another Cuisinart product again!

Great Set of Pans! March 31, 2008 Matthew A. Thompson (Alexandria, VA, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Sure, it's not All-Clad, but for the price this is an amazing set of cookware. I was using cheapo T-Fal and the difference is, of course, night and day. As said in other reviews, you need to use a lot less heat with this clad cookware. I highly recommend this set to anyone who wants to graduate from their first set of college pots and pans to a set of real ones.
Wonderful cookware. Cleans up like a charm! March 26, 2008 Alana Bermudez (California) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
My husband and I wanted to get away from the non-stick cookware after reading the warnings and dangers of that kind of surface. I was a bit reluctant to make the switch because I had this idea of my future spent scrubbing food off the pans, where the Teflon had been so easy to care for. Well I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised by how easily these pans clean up, even after burning food, which I did before I got the hang of how to use these pans. You need much less flame to achieve the same result as the higher flame gets with the traditional non-stick. Nice! That being the case, food cooks much nicer and uses less gas. The tri-ply construction is magnificent for even heat distribution! I am so impressed by this cookware. I would like to mention that I purchased one piece of the Chef's Classic by Cuisinart and it is nowhere near as good. I do wish they offered more pieces such as a wok or a 14 inch saute, but overall I am just so pleased with this set. You will be too. Believe me, I was nervous about the clean up, but once you get the hang of it, you will do just fine. Make this purchase. You'll be glad you did.
good product March 21, 2008 Kenneth Azinger (Elgin, Illinois United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
My son researched this product extensively and we gave it to him and his wife for Christmas. After using them, both of them are very pleased and enjoy cooking with them.
