5 out of 5 stars Awesome!   May 15, 2007
Nadine Lundell (Sartell, MN)
I had been using non-stick pans from Martha Stewart's K-mart line that were 10 years old, they lasted a long time. When I needed to replace them I decided to research the materials available; the Multi-Clad with the tri-plad stainless steel, aluminum, stainless steel material was the best choice for me. I love to cook. The pan is amazing! The aluminum heats so quickly and evenly. This pan can be moved from stove top to oven, even the broiler! (Up to 500 degrees.) If you can't afford the expensive All-Clad, which I read over and over to be the best on the market, this is a very nice alternative for the price. I bought the 12 piece set as well as some of the open stock pans, they're all amazing.

5 out of 5 stars Big with a FLAT bottom   May 8, 2007

Cooks wonderfully! Foods brown uniformly (instead of brown towards the center and 'raw' nearer the edge). And the bottom is truly FLAT, which means liquids do not pool. Consequently, foods cook uniformly and require less re-arranging. Finally we love the handles. The long one stays cool and the short one opposite makes it easy to pour out liquids. Wonderful product!

5 out of 5 stars This is a Great Skillet!   January 22, 2007

After reading about the possible health risks associated with Teflon, we carefully went shopping for stainless steel. While I agree that a lid would have been lovely, I must say this is a great pan - even heat disbursement with a good sturdy feel to it. We have used it for everything - grilled sandwiches, breakfast meats, searing, sauteing and just last night made a huge batch of homemade chili. Clean up is a snap! We love this pan! Just purchased one for my daughter.

4 out of 5 stars Your Never Covered   October 21, 2006

The skillet cooks great. All you have to do is preheat properly for good results.

But, a lid/cover would be a nice option.

4 out of 5 stars Great Buy and speedy delivery   August 27, 2006

I got just what I wanted at a price I thought was reasonable. The delivery was prompt and follow-up was efficient. My only regret was that I got in too much of a hurry and ordered before underestanding that the skillet didn't come with a lid. Now I have a great skillet but no lid.
