4 out of 5 stars Good Product   April 10, 2007
S. Ray (texas)
I,m really happy with this large heavy duty saucier which can holds lot of food. I like it specially because it doesn't do much mess around your stove top and its easy to clean. I will highly reccommend this product. The only thing i would like to have with this product is a heavy duty lid.

5 out of 5 stars Huge, great pot!!   April 5, 2007

The pot is much bigger than you thought it will be. The pot is 10.75 inches in diameter with 5" depth. The handle is approx. 8.5" long. I got lots of cover in my kitchen, but none of them fit perfectly with this pot. Finally I use a 10.5" cover to barely cover it.
Frankly speaking, I don't know what should I cook with pot. It has been sitting there for several days before I started to use it. I made a mushroom soup in this pot for the first time. The soup is great! The pot heats up quickly even with medium heat, and it sautes mushroom & minced garlic nicely! The nonstick surface is very friendly with the creamy soup!! Clean up is easier than I thought! After that, I end up to reach this pot for cooking every day!! The wall is even higher than deep skillet, which prevent the grease spill out. The bottom is bigger than wok, which is more surface to heat food. The edge is perfect for pouring food out. No dripping, no mess!! Surprisingly, I am in love with this pot!

5 out of 5 stars HUGE   March 22, 2007

I was shocked by how big this was. I was planing to use it as a sauce pan for boiling water for rice and noodles, but thats out of the question for less than 4 people. I use it like a wok and it works beautifully for that. Heats up really well.

5 out of 5 stars Bigger than you think...   March 21, 2007

This saucier is a lot larger than I expected (I know a lot of people say that) but I am fine with that. It has very even heat distribution, a good non-stick surface and is very aesthetically pleasing. The sides seem to be a bit thin but I'm not going to be making caramel or toffee in it so I don't need something thick. This is light-weight and a great all-around saucier.

5 out of 5 stars ONE OF A KIND PAN   March 9, 2007

Pan is much larger than expected but happy with it anyway. In fact when I ordered it the price was double this amount so recently ordered 2 more.
