5 out of 5 stars Don't read this, just buy it   August 29, 2003

Anyone looking at this product should go ahead and buy it. There's just no easier way to check out all-clad's line of stainless pans. They work great, they look great, and they will be around long after you pass on. No, they're not as easy to clean as nonstick pans, and anyone saying otherwise has one on auction at Amazon or Ebay. However, use oil (which I do even with nonstick for flavor), and don't let them sit overnight full of melted sugar, and you won't have a problem. Also, buy some of all clads recommended cleaner, Bar Keeper's friend. It works like magic to take off the stuck on gunk.
Thanks for reading

5 out of 5 stars Nice pan at a good deal   August 6, 2003
Even though this pan is the "made in china" All-Clad version, it is still well mad and does the job perfectly. .... I will buy more All-Clad from now on.

5 out of 5 stars Great for breakfast   August 2, 2003
I got this pan because this size didn't come with my original set. It was also considerable less expensive than usual All-Clad. The construction is excellent.

It does great scrambled eggs, omelets and pan cakes. I specially like to use it when cooking something for kids.

It is just the right size.

5 out of 5 stars Perfect size   July 31, 2003
That's right. It is the perfect size for those smaller items that need a little cooking. I just cooked some turkey sausage the other day and I didn't even have to use a spray! (There's plenty of grease in the sausage itself). Certain foods need to be made using a nonstick pan, but for the most part, this little pan does it all. It's great especially if you are in a hurry and only cooking up something for 1-2 persons. I say All-Clad and Calphalon all the way, there's nothing better.

Don't put it in the dishwasher though, it's recommended that it is hand washed (that's what husbands are for! haha)

Not the same finish as our existing All-Clad set but for the price it's a good deal.
