Good product December 8, 2007 Mr. Frank Scherf (Washington) Good product! Glad I purchased it along with the frothing thermo and double insulated shot glasses to make my expresso station complete. The pitcher is all stainless and just the perect size for a tall latte frothing.
Krups frothing pitcher November 24, 2007 J. S. Anderson Keeps the milk just the right distance from the frothing arm and gives plenty of room to spoon the foam.
Krups Frothing Pitcher October 23, 2007 Randall M. Graham The frothing pitcher arrived quickly, in good condition and is high quality stainless steel. Very satisfied customer. Thank you!
Quality frothing mixture suitable for 15 or 20 oz lattes September 23, 2007 E. J Tastad (Marion, IA United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Pros: Nice size for a large latte of around 15 to 20oz. Nice finish Good price (half of what the local store wanted for a smaller pitcher) Cons: Handle is close to pitcher (burn risk if you touch the side of the pitcher) Who should buy this? Someone looking for a pitcher to froth milk for a single large latte. This is a great pitcher for frothing milk for lattes. I use about 6 to 8 oz of milk for a 15 oz latte. It hasn't overfilled on me yet, but I imagine a 20 oz latte (10 oz of milk or so) would be about the limit before you risk frothing it over the top. I usually froth until I am at the 160-170 degree range (buy an instant read thermometer). My only complaint is the handle. My large hands hold the pitcher such that my knuckles want to bump up against the side of the pitcher. Since the pitcher is thin metal, the outside temperature is basically the same of the liquid inside, and 170 degrees is pretty hot on the hands. The handle remains cool. The handle is also small and slightly difficult to hold onto. I would buy this product again.
Perfect size September 4, 2007 C. J. Naugle (Northwest North Carolina) Great size and also doubles for several other uses in the kitchen. Makes my capaccino so perfectly!
