CHOPPING POWER!!! I darn near chopped my finger off with the quick and powerful blade. I was in such a rush, I served the salsa anyway, it was a Hit!!

So I really love this little guy. I do not do tons of food processing but for the average cook I would highly recommend this item. It takes up hardly any space in the kitchen, allowing room for the breadmakers and crockpots we all know we have, and it cuts onions like no ones business. It really has saved me so many tears and makes food prep a lot quicker. You can fits one big onion with no problem- once you grate it you can fit another one in but that is about all the room it has - so you would not want this for big jobs but it is perfect for the average cook. Oh - also has good safety feature...thought ours was broken at first but just realized we did not put the item together quite right so it would not start.
