Nice, compact size toaster. The best thing is the pull out crumb tray. It's easy to clean and that is why I ordered it. You don't have to turn it upside down like some toasters and the crumbs go flying all over the place.

I bought this item about a month ago,It kept getting hotter on one side,no toast on the other. This morning,it caught fire,burned my fingers and in getting the burning bread to the sink ,dropped it and singed the fur on my cat.Since I had had it just a few days over the 30 days Amazon referred me to Cusinart,who told me to package it and send it back.I am now thinking of how to report it as a fire hazard .Think twice about this one,think I will just get another brand and eat my loss and count it lucky the kitchen did not catch fire.

I bought this toaster because of the positive reviews. I have had it for just over a month. I have to set it at 1 to keep from burning one side while the other side hardly toasts at all. I am going to have to replace it.

This toaster is beautiful and works perfectly. I love the way I can program it to do just what I need it to do. It arrived in perfect condition and very promptly.

Read the reviews on line so I was aware that this was a great toaster, but had a tendency to burn toast and to keep the dial low, around 2, when toasting. We have been and it has been fine. Have used all the features, reheat, defrost, etc. and it's a simple, easy toaster to use.
