I love these utensils because they have a nice command in your hand. They aren't too bulky and bend nice to slide under and pick up delicate foods. I went ahead and bought the gadget set too and haven't been disappointed yet. I love the quaility feel that I get with this set.

KitchenAid also makes a lighter, sleeker design of these tools that are also usually less expensive.

I thought "KitchenAid" this has to be a keeper. I was wrong. The handles are much too heavy. There's too much give with the spatulas. I find the utensils to be too bulky and uncomfortable. I'll stick to my other much cheaper temperature regulated utensils.
