I found the unavailable January 7, 2008 Richard Roeming 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had been unable to find the "Powercup" for the PowerPop microwave popper. I even bought an additional total unit just to get the cups. It really makes good popcorn and seemed strange that sellers of the unit did not stock the replacemrnt parts which are designed wear out. While looking for a specific book on Amazon.com I found the needed parts are available there. Both the book and the cups were reasonably priced. My first on-line purchasing experience was a success. Thanks.

After I had received this product(which is a good product and exactly what I wanted) I found that I could purchase it at a local store for less than half what I paid for it, with shipping being part of the higher price!

A popcorn addict's nightmare September 23, 2007 Greta Day 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
I was given a Presto popcorn maker that you use in the microwave. Since it's easier than stove-top popcorn, and less greasy than microwave popcorn, I do like the output. But why, why do we have to keep buying these paper cups? Surely they could have made reusable plastic ones? This is an example of a throwaway society run amok. My advice is, steer clear of these things.
