This knife is very sharp and the sheath makes it perfect to keep in our snack bag for picnics and the beach.

The paring knife is great to own especially for those who brown bag their lunches or like picnics. The knife both travels and stores well with the cover to protect the blade as well as preventing accidental cuts in retrieving the paring knife. Of course, please clean/remove any food particles before re-inserting into knife cover.

I received a Kuhn Rikon Paring Knife as a gift and after using it several times during meal preparations I decided that I needed more ... one just was not enough. It's sharp and easy to handle. Best of all it comes with a cover which is great for the drawer and for packing lunches or picnics. I also like the colors ... something better than the typical silver knife.

I bought this knife at Williams- Sonoma retail store in Williamsburg, Virginia. It is an amazing paring knife and real sharp. I would definently suggest this to Culinary Students. My culinary program i'm enrolled in gave up "ok" paring knives. i decided that it was a time for an upgrade.
