KitchenAid K45SS August 30, 2008 I. Shekeil 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought KitchenAid K45SSm Classic 250-Watt 4-1/2-Quart Stand Mixer, from Amazon couple weeks ago. It is perfect and easy to use.
The Only Mixer You'll Ever Need July 26, 2008 Jill Vanderwood (Utah) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
The KitchenAid Classic 4 1/2 Quart Stand Mixer This is the only mixer you'll ever need to buy. I'm not kidding. My husband bought me a regular mixer for Christmas in 1980. Within a few months, I had a spoon stuck in between the beaters and the mixer was ruined. The next Christmas, 1982, he bought me a KitchenAid Mixer. The only thing that didn't hold up was the egg beater. I have a regular beater, and a dough hook. I have made bread, cakes, mashed potatoes and you name it with this mixer. I have had my KitchenAid for 26 years, and taught four children to cook. I am now using the mixer to make cakes with my grandchildren. I have never had any maintenance done on my mixer. It still works as well as it did the day I took it out of the box. I have recommended this mixer to everyone. If you buy this mixer first, you will never need to buy another mixer. You couldn't jam a spoon into the beater, if you tried. Jill Ammon Vanderwood Author: Through the Rug Through The Rug: Follow That Dog (Through the Rug)

Received the product in a timely manner, and am more than satisfied by the operation of the mixer. Seems to perform with all the power that the average homeowner wouold ever need. Performs as advertised.
I wish I'd bought it a long time ago June 24, 2008 James F. Stoicheff (Santa Barbara, CA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had a roommate who owned one of these back in the 90s. I fell in love with it then, but didn't break down and buy my own until two years ago. I wish I'd spent the money five years sooner. If you bake, it's essential. And the ice cream maker attachment has opened a whole new world to me. This is the model I have. I might like one of the higher end models even better, but this one does everything I need for now. I use it probably 10 times as much as the Cuisinart.

Didn't understand why a product would still be on your web site for availability when product was already sold.
