Great RoasterNovember 13, 2006 Sandra A. Murguia(Rosamond, CA USA) I love this roaster. I have not encountered any warping problems and I have used this pan extensively for two years. It deglazes well for making gravy and sauces.

This pan warps at temperatures above 450 degrees and the anondized finish has begun to peel off after less than ten uses.
If this roaster was priced at $25 it would be a good buy. It is way overpriced at $59.95.
Spend an extra $50 and get the Calphalon stainless steel Tri-ply-roaster----it is the real deal.
