5 out of 5 stars Beautiful, Efficient, & Highest Quality Toaster Oven   April 6, 2008

This Cuisinart Toaster Oven is beautiful, efficient, and the highest quality toaster oven (other than Cuisinart's all-stainless steel "convection" toaster oven which is a bit more expensive). Great stainless steel and black design. The digital keypad options are easy to read and use (no flimsy dials or knobs), the stainless oven handle is sleek, comfortable, and sturdy (not plastic as on most others), has a very roomy interior, and looks great on the countertop. Add a non-stick toaster oven liner to the crumb tray, and clean-up is a breeze. Although I have the all-stainless steel "convection" model, my parents and my grandmother have this stainless and black toaster oven model, and they just love it! Both models are a bit expensive, but are definitely worth every penny.

5 out of 5 stars Very nice toaster oven   April 5, 2008

This is a nice looking, efficient little oven. In comparison to other toaster ovens of its size it has more internal room for baking pizzas and other larger size items. If you take the time to look in various stores at the quality of other brands of toaster ovens you will see that this little beauty is way ahead of them.

1 out of 5 stars Fire Hazard! Beware!   April 1, 2008

When the timer goes off, the oven does NOT shut off! If you are forgetful, it could be four hours before this unit shuts itself off. Plenty of time for it to burn your food, your kitchen or your home. Buyer beware. Major consumer testing agency fails to note this safety flaw.

5 out of 5 stars Cuisinart Toaster Oven is a 10 Star   February 27, 2008

We have had other toasters but we bought another brand first and after the toast and the tray ended up on my foot, we returned it and bought the Cuisinart Toaster Oven and we love it. It is better than anything we ever had. And that goes for over 50 years. We did not need the Convection Oven so we bought just the Toaster Oven model.
thank you.

5 out of 5 stars Glad they fixed the paint problem....   December 31, 2007

This is the second Cuisinart toaster oven that I've had. The first one was a white one, and although it performed beautifully, I replaced it because the paint over the door chipped and came off, making it unsightly. I bought another brand in the interim, and it was a total non-perfomer - thankfully dying after only 1 year. When I saw that the new Cuisinart model addressed the paint chipping problem I was very happy and bought a new one. It is working beautifully, just like the first one. AND, it is still looking good!
