the books instructions on cooking are totally bogus. cut up chicken is to
be cooked at 170 degrees fahrenheit for 10 minutes on each side. not going to happen. but it does cook at 350 degrees F. maybe 10 mins on ea. side, not sure because i was testing with increasing heat. does cook it tho. good job.

This is an amazing product!!! Cooks food fast and yet retains juices and flavor. I have hardly touched the range oven since I've had it. Frozen steak, 15min done medium rare and juicy. I have used it for chicken, steak, fish, bacon, pizza, etc...

I purchased the NuWave Oven about a month ago and have used it every day since then. I very much like the oven, and am surprised that it does what the commercials say it does. It's also very easy to use and to clean. So far I haven't found anything that is a minus. Very convenient.

After reading every review of this product on Amazon, in addition to, the reviews on the NuWave website (which I take with a grain of salt), I was stunned when we used the oven for a turkey breast. It produced so much heat in the kitchen, that the upstairs hallway was hot too. I bought this product specifically because we don't use the oven in the summer and my wife has a number of dinner recipes that require an oven. In addition, the breast (straight from the freezer, as was the other pro NuWave feature) completed the NuWave recipe book time and was raw on the inside. We did it another 6 minutes, and still raw. It was 95 degrees outside and it felt almost as hot in the kitchen. I just don't know what the folks from Arizona and Florida, who were among the Amazon reviewers, were talking about when they heralded the oven as 'wonderful', etc. because it produced no heat. Were these phony reviews? I now wonder.

I have tried the Nuwave 20322 Pro Digital for about a month now on a daily basis. It works exactly as advertised. I have cooked bacon, steaks, burgers, hot dogs, hot links, cornish hens, chicken & pork loin so far & everything turns out perfectly. My girlfriend, Ebani, was afraid to operate it initially and doubted it could cook anything from frozen, but she sure changed her mind. I can't keep her away from it!
I can honestly say that the Nuwave Pro Digital has replaced my George Foreman Grill & my Ronco Rotisserie, except for baby back ribs which I have tried in the Nuwave yet.
I highly recommend purchasing this item to those who like good food prepared perfectly in half the time without heating up the whole house in summer.
