Nesco 6 quart roaster January 18, 2008 Catherine Fraser (North Florida) I had been looking for an electric roaster for a while but found all of them to be too large until I discovered this 6 quart size. I received this a few weeks ago and already have no idea how I managed without it because I use it at least 3-4 times a week. The removable cookware part is a snap to clean, the roaster does a great job and I would highly recommend it. This absolutely deserves a 5 star rating!
A very happy purchaser... October 21, 2007 Robert W. Orlopp (Largo, FL USA) This 6 quart NESCO roaster is the finest piece of cookware I own. Unlike many other brands, this one gets hot enough to brown and roast food giving it incredible aroma and flavor. Chicken, pork, beef, meatloaf, stews, soups, chili, spaghetti sauce...you can't make them easier or better any other way! The heating element in this roaster surrounds the outside of the removable, oval, stick-resistant cooking pan, so food tends not to stick or burn on the bottom. My original NESCO roaster is about 20 years old and still works fine. My sister owns and uses one of similar vintage. I purchased this new roaster for a second home...because I just missed having a cooker that was as flexible, versatile, and reliable. I am a VERY happy (portly) bachelor who actually enjoys cooking in such a foolproof roaster. In my opinion, every home should have one...
Nesco August 4, 2007 Halley (Tennessee) Love Nesco! Have a larger one too. Easy clean up and uniform cooking. Set it and forget it. Recommended!
LOVE THIS June 7, 2007 Barbara Seymour (Texas) This is the best applanice I have in my kitchen wish I had the bigger one..
Excellent Product June 1, 2007 Melly in Michigan (Farmington Hills, MI USA) This was by far the best cooking appliance I have ever owned. I could fry in it, drain meat, and then throw all my other ingredients in after. I used to even make omelettes in this thing, which is something I'd never even consider in a conventional cooker. I loved that the inside was lightweight and removable. So easy to clean, and an excellent value!
