The Chef's Choice 838 Waffle Cone Maker is a good value. Its performance is as expected. The plates heat evenly and hold heat well. The accessory cone roller works well, too. If you are into the BEST home-made ice cream and waffle cones - I'd recommend this maker!

after dealing with an industrial sized waffle cone maker that takes up a fair amount of counter space, this is so compact and light weight. the instructions are very easy to follow. the clean-up is so simple too.

I had trouble with the batter sticking to the baking plates. Had to add oil to the plates before each cone was made...which added extra fat. Other than that, the cones were absolutely delicious. I use mine to make "bowls" that I fill with non-fat yogurt and fresh fruit.

Easy to use!!! Everyone raved about the cones. They are light and airy. Better than any store bought they have ever had. Great flavor. A+++ from everyone who has had one.

Couldn't be easier to use. Recipes included are delicious & double, triple, even quadruple with perfect results. (We make a lot of cones!) Wrapped up tightly the cones last for up to two weeks. Cones are just like the ones you get at ice cream shops.
