This compact and sturdy little Panasonic rice cooker is ideal for making small quantities of tasty rice with negligible effort. Designed just like larger models, the appliance turns out about 9 ounces of cooked rice and automatically monitors the cooking process to turn itself off when rice is finished. Its interior pan is nonstick to prevent sticking and simplify cleanup, and it comes with a tempered glass lid rimmed in stainless steel so that you can easily see rice while it is cooking. Little expensive but perfect May 16, 2008

I am using it everyday for probably 2 months and so far it is working great. I like the fature that it shutsoff after rice is cooked that is the reason I bought this for. The reason that I didn't give five stars is because I am only using it for 2 months and also I felt its a little expensive and also the shipping charges.

I have purchased this item about 1 month ago. I am a flight attendant and my mini rice cooker fits perfectly in my suitcase. I make 2 cups of rice every night in my hotel room et with a mold I make 3 rice balls to eat the next day. It takes about 15 minutes to make. Perfect for trips.
