This well-built electronic pressure cooker from Panasonic makes delicious one-pot meals like barbecued short ribs or stuffed bell peppers, while trimming time, labor, and energy use in the kitchen. Throughout cooking, the unit's sensitive mechanism automatically adjusts heat and pressure according to how food is progressing. When food is finished, the cooker can keep it warm for up to five hours, allowing for more flexibility in a busy schedule. A removable weight and a sliding latch structure for the lid keep operation safe and ensure that pressure builds properly. Equipped with a nonstick interior, the cooker holds 13-1/2 cups at a time and features an easy-to-read control panel. I don't understand Amazon's pricing strategy anymore. On several occasions, I have come across their discounted price to be higher than the MSRP! Please explain the logic behind this to me, amazon's amazing pricing strategists. You can fool some of the people some of the time but not all the people all the time. This product is cheaper on Panasonic USA's website
