4 out of 5 stars Good Investment   August 29, 2008
International Citizen (Derby, United Kingdom)
The kettle is not a bad deal. After living in England for four years, I grew used to drinking tea. The kettle is a bit slower than those in the UK, however, this is most likely due to different voltages. Great if you need to save on time and a must for the tea or coffee drinker. The one thing I did not care for is the flimsy filter and the smell of plastic. It takes a while for the smell to go away, just boil it a few times.

2 out of 5 stars Poor Design   August 29, 2008
Corey Perks (Cape Cod, MA)
the kettle automatically shuts off before the water boils - I found that putting a spoon between the front of the kettle and the heating platform allows the kettle to get to the proper temperature. This makes the kettle's performance acceptable, although it is not what I would call a quality product

5 out of 5 stars Awesome Cordless Kettle   August 13, 2008

we love this Cordless Kettle, its a bit big, but its powerful and works like its built Ford Tough!

1 out of 5 stars This is NOT a good pot   August 9, 2008
Mary Alice Mcconnell (Arizona)
Hate this pot, it takes forever to shut off even when boiling. Would not recommend it.

1 out of 5 stars Cheap piece of junk.   July 31, 2008

Kettle wobbles on base. Cord corral at bottom doesn't hold cord steady and base wobbles on counter. Supposed to turn off automatically when water is boiled, but doesn't. This kettle is dangerous, and should be recalled from the marketplace.
