5 out of 5 stars Fantastic   April 24, 2008

I got this pan for Christmas. Wow! It's capable of making in about 8 to 10 minutes a pizza of superior quality. Like the directions says spray the pan with olive oil before using your favorite homemade or purchased dough. I lke to use the dough sold at Walmart, stretch it out and brush with a sugar and water solution and then spray with olive oil. I put the cheese on the bottom. Add your favorite toppings and then tablespoons of sauce here and there, again a light spray of EVO, sprinkle with parma cheese. Bake and enjoy ( About half ways through turn the pan on the oven rack to knock off the little nibbs of dough that sometimes sneak thru the holes in the pan) Don't cut the pizza in the pan, but you already knew that.
