This product does not work! Its control never functioned
correctly and it only rarely did what it was supposed to
in two days of trying. If you don't like stepping on a lemon
than don't step on this 'weightless' scale!

Quite easy to setup.
I had a little trouble at first because I was pushing the buttons too hard. Called technical suppport and he told me about button pushng. Also offered an exchange if I couldn't get the scale to work.
In the manual: body fat, muscle mass, and water content were well explained but the one example of bone mineral content didn't fit my profile.
I'm going to look that up on the internet.
It has a lifetime warranty. WOW!

The weight measurement is very easy to use...just step on. The other features for body fat, muscle mass, etc. are great too. The only criticism is that these measurements require you to push at least 2 buttons every time you want to measure them. The buttons are very sensitive, so you can't just press them with your toes. You have to bend down and push them just right so that your own settings come up.
