I used to have a little bit of spine problem. My doctor asked me to sleep in a hard floor and avoid pillows. But I felt very uncomfortable. So I looked in amazon to find something to suit my needs. This one nicely goes on and supports your neck. And great smoothness. I highly recommend.

I bought this one last week.. It's too hard for me, it's like a stone. I had been used another memory foam pillows about 4 years, but they are not like this. If you want a hard one, this is what you are looking for. But if you not, don't buy this :)

DUE TO CERVICAL ARTHRITIS, I HAD A HEADACHE FOR YEARS, LITERALLY. I HAD CONSTANT PAIN IN MY NECK AND SHOULDERS. THIS PILLOW HAS RELIEVED ALL OF THAT. AND I DON'T MISS THAT HEADACHE ONE LITTLE BIT! THANKS HOMEDIC!
