Product Description
Waterford Crystal Vase from the Playwright and Literary Collection. The Waterford Crystal Yeats Vase is made in Ireland circa 2000. Yeats Vase measures approx. 12" tall and has 6 scallops at the top opening and across the top from one side to the other, the Vase measures approx. 7-3/8". The Scallops are approx. 3-3/4" wide. The Vase sits on a round Base that measures approx. 3-3/4" diameter at the bottom, and the Base widens a little as it goes upwards to approx. 4-1/4". The Base thickness is approx. 1/2" thick and there's a flower indent that measures approx. 2-7/8" long across from one point to the other side point on the base bottom. Where the base "meets" into the Vase at the "foot", there are beveled scallop sections that measure approx. 1-1/8" across x 1-3/8" long. The pattern is Playwright Collection Yeats Vase and the pattern looks like rows of diamonds in diamonds that extend to 4-1/4" at the highest points across and approx. 2-1/2" at the lower points. Above the diamonds in diamonds shapes there are snowflakes going around the Vase with every other Snowflake having an extended bottom "prong" reaching downwards to the diamond pattern, with the shorter snowflake effect where the diamond shapes are at the lowest points. Beneath the diamond in diamond pattern, towards the Base, are Leaf shapes with points on both ends; there are short leafs and longer leafs & the longer leafs extend down from the longer diamond points and the smaller leafs extend from the narrowed diamond area.
