Constructed of heavyweight carbon steel, the sheet distributes heat evenly, resists warping at high temperatures, and bakes cookies to perfection. I absolutely loved this cookie sheet and bought the other two sizes also! It bakes to perfection and the cookies really do slide off with ease. The muffin pan is great also!
