This is the best paring knife I have ever used. The blade is incredibly sharp and the handle is comfortable. And of course the color is fun and makes the knife easy the find in the drawer or the dish water. The case protects the blade in the drawer and makes it easy to take camping. The blade doesn't stick to anything, not even soft cheese. I have two myself and bought one as a gift. I would highly recommed this knife to everyone.

We purchased three of these knives for the kitchen. They are by far, the best knives we have ever purchased for the kitchen. Colorful, lightweight, and exceptionally sharp, you just can't beat them.

Besides it being extremely sharp, the blade coating makes it easy to just rinse off and put back into the sheath -- which keeps the blade from getting nicked!

I bought this so that I wouldn't have to use the nasty, dirty knives in the office to cut fruit. It is incredibly sharp and the sheath makes it easy to keep at my desk. I'm buying more to give as little gifts because I love mine so much.
