dissapointed in midwest September 16, 2008 masahti bella (WI) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased one of these from HSN, I only used the blender attachment 2 times when I first purchased it,all of the other attachments are still in plastic in the box. It had been sitting for a while and I decided to use it to mash some steamed peas. It worked for a few seconds and gave out. I called HSN (past warranty), they told me to call Puck products. They said because even though it was a little over the warranty all they could do is to tell me the price of a new one if I wanted to purchase another. (They do not repair items.) WHY WOULD I WANT TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM OF THE SAME IF THE FIRST DIDN'T WORK? Got off of the phone and threw it in the garbage! Mr. Puck should stick to making cookware........
Great while it lasted July 20, 2008 K. Wenarsky (Northeast) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I had purchased this in January of 2008 and in July 2008, the connector piece totally stripped itself and it no longer works. This is a powerhouse of a blender - it will do just about anything! But it does not last. Back to the drawing board to find a blender that will actually last!
