I purchased this crock pot from Linens & Things. It is HORRIBLE - everything burns on low heat and the lid doesn't fit tightly enough so it constantly pops up and down and splatters your countertop, not to mention also letting liquid escape and messing up the recipe that way. I was luckily still able to return it and pulled out my older crock pot and have began using it again. No problems with the older one, it was just getting worn and I wanted a stainless one to match my decor. I tried contacting the manufacturer about it and they never responded to my email. Please take my advice and don't buy this one!
