the best knife everJanuary 6, 2008 love Mr. Darcy(Snow belt, PA USA) I love these ceramic knives. so much so that I give them as gifts and they are used for years and years.
I have one similar to this one that is about 13 years old. I use it every day, have never had to sharpen it and when it's dirty and I need it, I'd rather wash it and use it than use a non ceramic one that is clean/handy.
you can't go wrong with this one. Only one warning: you can't use this knife to pry anything with. like if you are trying to pop the heart out of a cabbage, it will break. you just have to use it for slicing, not prying.
