At first glance, you might think this mesh strainer is solely a sieve for straining tea leaves over a cup, but think again. This sturdy, 2-inch stainless-steel strainer is equally efficient at skimming the layer of fat off a pot of broth, straining stray cork crumbs from a bottle of wine, holding back the seeds from a squeezed lemon over a cup of tea, and just about any other small-scale use you can think of.
