great tool November 23, 2008 George Carte (Palmer, Alaska USA) The whisks are great. The sticky label on the handle is a nightmare to remove.
flexible whisk October 5, 2008 redonthehead (CO) hunted all over town for a flexible whisk. all the new ones are very rigid. this one I use for getting smooth gravy....no lumps!
Great tool February 16, 2008 C. Portu (Florida) My husband loves this whisk. We had one before of lesser quality that rusted and when I threw it away, he asked me to find him another one. He's very happy with this one and with it being stainless steel, I'm hoping that rust won't be a problem again.
I like it. December 12, 2007 J. Cox (Nevada, USA) I bought this on Amazon because I had been searching for one all summer with no luck (in retail stores -- even the specialty stores and factory outlets! -- This one is a little pricey, but very nice, except for one thing -- the bottom of it is slightly convex and thumps on the bottom of the bowl or cup when I use an up and-down-motion, so I pretty much stir with it -- but it still works great that way.
One of the best non-traditional whisks to have on hand April 11, 2007 Stepone (TX) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I've got way too many weird whisks, but this is one I would not want to give up. It's very useful for pan sauces, but shines when whipping/beating eggs and especially for stirring in narrow spaces (glasses, jars, pitchers, etc). I prefer to use my "magic spoon" style whisk for salad dressings and other emulsions, but this one is close second. Calphalon now makes a similar style (saw it at Target) that is noticeable larger. I haven't tried that, but I would prefer the flexibility of the smaller whisk, since I frequently use this for mixing in small containers.
