| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Create Asian style salads and dramatic vegetable garnishes with Joyce Chen's Spiral Slicer. One setting makes paper-thin slices while the other produces clouds of spaghetti-like strands. It also makes julienne strips and half rounds for a variety of dishes. The slicer, with its stainless steel blades, is dishwasher safe.

Great! December 26, 2008 Sugi Adachi (Freaky) It is so easy to make thin-spagetti-cut of vegitable!!! Just turn the handle. It is very thin than spilooni, but it is too good to eat hard vegetablle in raw, and it is so pretty! It is so cheep and I am so happy to get it.
Great product! December 21, 2008 J. Langston (Central Coast of California) I followed the instructions for this spiral slicer off the rawgourmet.com website and had no trouble whatsoever. There was very little waste just a small piece at the end. I practiced first on a small potato and it made perfect angel hair pasta!
More trouble than its worth December 11, 2008 Sarah (Florida) This product is cheaply made. One day I hope I will learn how to handle this finicky product just so I don't feel like I completely wasted my money. For a product with such a specified purpose, I would have thought it would work, but it is NOT well designed. Don't throw away your money on this.
Nice idea but seems to be lacking in quality control October 14, 2008 J. Hayes (SC) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had to send my saladacco back because the parts didn't fit properly together for it to be functional. After reading other reviews, I decided it wasn't worth trying to get another.
Useless September 30, 2008 Cutless 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The Joyce Chen spiral slicer is useless. It worked great for a week, cutting zuchini, onions, carrots, potatoes, and any other solid vegetable. After week 1, the handle spun around, while the food sat motionless. I'll stick to my Cutco knives.
