This comes with 2 skimmers. Build quality is solid, note that they charged about $7 for shipping, so add that in and it is still cheaper than what I found in shopping around, and these are also hard to find, at least in the Detroit area.

This bamboo skimmer/strainer is a great tool for the kitchen. The quality is excellent and the price is a steal. I use it to strain raviolis and vegetables, for straining various foods while frying. It cleans up nicely and is so easy to use. I highly recommend it.

You might think you will never need or use this strange strainer but if you keep it handy in your kitchen, you will find yourself reaching for it frequently. It strains, scoops, serves, skims, etc.

Feel just like Giada and dip out that pasta... It is a great product with a super long handle for large pots. I love it. I gave one as a gift, too.
