Grate mandoline (he he he) January 6, 2009

This is a great little mandoline. Not only is it very sharp (watch those knuckles), but the blade and the entire top section come off for easy cleaning. It also can be removed and attatched to the GEFU box grater (an equally fab product)for easier slicing. The stainless steel is super heavy grade and quality is exactly what one would expect from the Germans.
