These are a bit smaller than I expected, and I actually had no clue what I was getting...but it matched my new Corelle Cafe Black dining set and was inexpensive, so I went ahead to see what they are. Figured I could buy more if needed. Turns out they are very soft but stiff vinyl...I use one under the cat's dish on the floor (to protect the oak) and the smaller one is near the coffee pot for dripping spoons, to protect the granite counter top. I like them very much, and they are good quality for a very low price! Shipped FAST!
