Product Description Calphalon's contemporary nonstick surface is anodized for superior durability. It should be durable and reliable because you're really going to use this pan. It's perfect for preparing breakfast and, with nonstick, easy to use and clean. You can even cut out the oil! Use it at lunch or dinner to prepare luscious sides.

cutest little pan! August 4, 2008 alpha_grrl (Olympia, WA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is such a handy sized pan. It is great for one grilled cheese, scrambled eggs or omelettes for one and any small sauteeing job. I like the Contemporary Nonstick series from Calphalon because I have never had any success using the anodized type of pan, this is the more traditional non-stick and I am happy with it. I've had several of this series for over six months now and the surface is holding up fine, no deterioration so far. The design of the pan is good, the handle stays cool on the stovetop and you can put it in the oven because it is all metal. The weight is comfortable and the shape is stable on my gas cooktop.
Best omelettes ever July 17, 2008 J. S. Evans (Lawrenceville, Georgia) I've never had a Calphalon pan before and I'm VERY impressed. It makes the greatest omelettes ever, and I do a lot of them!
most-used! June 1, 2008 S. McCulloch (Sisters, OR) This is the most-used pan in my cupboard - I have the whole set, but if I had to choose just one, this would be it. Versatile, easy to clean, good size. Remember to follow cooking and cleaning directions - I seared tuna too hot in one pan and marked it...but for general use, sauteing etc., it will last forever!
Kitchen Staple January 8, 2008 Stefani (Berkeley, CA USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I love this pan and use it all the time. I make eggs or a frittata for 1-2 people, hot sandwiches, small quantities of sauce and can even blanch small amounts of vegetables in it. I have both this and the 10 inch pan and for a 2 person home I use this 8 inch pan most often. If you have a larger home then the 10 inch would probably be more handy.

This omelette pan by Calphalon is outstanding. For the first time in my life, I can actually make an omelette without it falling apart.
