Purchased a set of glassware for a gift. 2 of the glasses were broken in shipping. Was alittle of problem to work out replacement, no more glassware was available with Amazon. First the offer was to give $ for 2 broken. But, Amazon was able to find another set in the end. Thank you Amazon!
