Good ol' Revere June 8, 2008

I bought this pot to replace my worn out Calphalon sauce pan. I'm so much happier with this Revere piece. When it says non-stick, it means non-stick. The pot heats up evenly and quickly. It looks great, feels substantial, and has a wonderful lid with a strainer feature. Moreover, the non-stick is built tough. It is safe for metal utensils (though I still only use plastic). I cannot speak to the durability, but I can recommend Revere in general on that front. I've had a revere 6qt. pot (the copper clad stainless) for ten years and it still works great and looks great. Definitely consider Revere if you are looking for new cookware. Buying here on Amazon will also save you a lot over going to a Revere / Corning store or buying direct from the Revere website.

I love this pan - the strainer lid comes in SO handy. I find myself going to this pan over and over again. I wish I had 2 of them - I am going to order another one when my son gets a place of his own, then I'll buy him one and another one for me!
