Each place setting consists of a dinner knife, dinner fork, salad fork, soup spoon, and teaspoon. I recently purchased Old Country Roses china and ordered this flatware to go with it. I was very pleased with the flatware set. It is beautiful and good quality, and I was really excited about the sale price. I think I got a great deal on a great product.

In the orginal Shipment, the Box arrived but had no silverware. As this was a gift for a wedding (2,000 miles away)which was set in the next few days. Your very fine phone help person was wonderful in getting the replacement silver to the wedding on time.
As this was my first experance with your sight, I was at first conserned about getting it corrected. However she made it right and the gift got there in time for the wedding!

I thought that I had found the perfect gift for my mother.The description provided was not what I got. When I received my package there were two problems. First, the storage box that I received, while still very beautiful, was not what was pictured nor as big as what was pictured. Secondly, I received no flatware. I immediately called and a new set was sent to me. . same problem...wrong box, no flatware. So I had to send them both back and can't even get the item because no one knows why the error kept occuring

The set is lovely and coordinates perfectly with my OCR china set. The box is also beautiful. I wish they'd give you a diagram for placement of the flatware in the box for those of us who are first-timers.

This set of "Royal Albert Old Country Roses" stainless service is the most beautiful set that I have ever seen. The storage chest awed me and I am definately satisfied. I am going to give this as a Christmas gift to my daughter-in-law but I think I will buy another for my daughter. I have looked through ALL their offerings, but nothing comes close to this set. What a winner!
