I do not have the Wine Chiller, but I have used the Wine Opener since before December 2006 and it was an excellent purchase. It holds a charge for a long time and is very easy to use. I simply place the opener on the bottle (after removing the tip of the bottle wrap) and push the button, holding the bottle in place, and within seconds the cork is removed. Pushing the button the opposite direction produces the cork to be used for re-corking or to be thrown away. Although I'm only in my 40's, I have problems with carpal tunnel/"overuse syndrome" and fine motor actions are not always easy. I was actually researching the wine opener on Amazon.com, as I have been wanting buy the wine opener for friends and family.
