the grilll needs itJuly 4, 2008 Stanley R. Griffiths If you own a meco do buy the cover as it keeps the grill dry and attractive. The cover keeps the elements out so your grill and any leftover unburnt charcoal are dry for the next use. It also keep off dust and bird droppings, etc. It preserves the nice finish of the grill and keeps the new look longer. The only negative to the cover is the elastic bottom which will lose tension through time, although this will take years. When the tension is lost the cover can blow off during windy periods. Otherwise, a good product and a must have if you own the grill.
