I have found this set to be light-weight but durable. It fits in beautifully with any decor. It arrived with no defects although the box was pretty beat up. Says something for the product itself. The shippers were courteous and put the box in our driveway (at our request) so we could unpack it and move the furniture to our patio when we had time. It came fully assembled which was a relief! The only minor issue was that they did not call before delivery but it worked out fine anyway as we work at home. When you order this set I would just be aware of the method of shipping. Actually I was surprised how fast it arrived (9 days) given that it came by freight service.

I love this set! It looks very expensive and very elegant. I am so pleased with this product. I put this set in my sunroom and it looks awesome! I would definitely recommend this set to anyone. Thank you so much for selling this great looking set for such a low price.

Received the Bali set yesterday. My husband and I couldn't believe how beautiful it is. He said it should be in the house not on the patio! The ordering and delivery was very easy and the people delivering it were pleasant. I would recommend this to anyone. The best part was NO assembly required. I was just disappointed to see today one day later that the price was reduced by $100.

I like the furniture, but the shipping company was terrible. They knowingly delivered the wrong set. Then told me they couldn't track lost packages. Amazon shipped a replacement. The delivery was 5 hours after the end of the delivery window and the box was torn. I inspected the furniture before the driver left, but missed damage on one of the chairs. I didn't try to return it because I don't ever want to deal with the shipping company used for oversized items again. If an order is ever shipped with that company again I will cancel it. I do like the looks and the comfort of the set and it required NO assembly! If you order the set expect problems with the shipping....
