Easy to fill, no funnel required. A little assembly required, but not difficult. The capacity it very good and it is easy to hang. A good product, well engineered.

I've looked and looked and spent way too much $ trying to find a decent feeder for more than a decade.
Well, this "Grand Master" is finally the one as it combines Perky Pet's superior feeding design (correct feeding angle and perch width) with an easy to clean design at reasonable cost.
Up to now, I've used the 30 oz Perky Pet and tried many others over the years, but sure wish I had tried the "Grand Master" years ago. Unfortunately, none of my local suppliers carried the "Grand Master" as I guess many felt (erroneously) it was too big for most people.
Highly recommended. I'd give this 6 stars if I could. Easily the best design on the market.
The only question is what do I do with my four other 30 oz Perky Pet feeders? Put them out to pasture and buy a couple more "Grand Masters" to keep my 40+ hummer population happy?

Great for Hummingbird lovers who have more than two Hummingbirds feeding. We had two small feeders which emptied out within 8 hours. Now, with the Perky Pet 220, I don't have to worry about refilling every day. I now have 8 Hummingbirds, and I'm sure I'll have double that next summer. I plan to buy another feeder. This has a nice big perch for the birds.

I did have to return one due to a leaking problem through the bottom but, I have received my new one and it works just fine. Amazon was great about the return. This size of feeder is perfect for when the hummers are bombarding us. I use the smaller glass ones when there are fewer around. I have had a glass one I bought at the hardware store leak too so, keep the packaging and test your feeder before actually using it so you can return it if necessary. Hopefully, the company will fix this problem.

Perky Pet 220 is one of the better large hummingbird feeders. It is well made and should last for many years. The top screws onto the center container so will hold up over time. It's fairly easy to keep clean. The center holder is very easily washed. The bottom portion will require periodic bleach spraying or soaking to prevent fungus growth. Two of my three feeders have developed leaks in the base after several months of usage. I've had to put silicon sealer surrounding the six ribs around the perimeter of the bottom of the base to eliminate the leaking. (Put base only on paper towels, fill with water to cover the bottom but below the feeding holes to determine leakage.) It's a good feeder but repairs may be required. If I could, I'd change my rating to four stars rather than five. Also another reviewer said the flowers don't stay in. I found that you need to snap into place and then turn to secure them. They probably should provide some instructions. I don't regret the purchase but they did require repair.
