5 out of 5 stars Canning? You need this!   August 30, 2008
angelfood (Way Down South)
Jar lids in scalding hot water are an essential part of canning. This is the safe way to fish them out as needed. Handy gadget, great price. When canning season is over, I use it to find my quilt needle when it falls on the floor.

5 out of 5 stars No more burnt fingers   July 17, 2008

Love the gadget. Been canning 45 years and now I can get those lids on without burnt fingers. So simple, wish I had thought of it.
